Description

Intended Use:

  •  Take every day, even on rest days, to maintain your creatine levels.
  •  While you can take it at any time of the day, it’s recommended post workout when your muscles are primed to absorb it. You can also take it with a meal to help with absorption.

Directions:

  •  Mix 1 serving/scoop (5g) into 250ml of water or any beverage once per day.
  •  Optional loading phase: consume 20 – 25 grams (4 – 5 servings) for 5 – 7 days to reach saturation in the body faster. Thereafter, you can consume 5 grams (1 serving) daily.
