How to use
Mix: (1-2) servings with 6-14oz water (for desired taste) and shake well. Sip before and during your training session or sports activity. If you had a strenuous training session, take another serving immediately after training. If you want to increase your overall daily BCAA uptake, you can also add 1-2 servings of BCAA Amino+ to your regular water intake and enjoy throughout the day.
